Cancellation and No Show Policy
No Shows/Cancelations: Please be advised we have a strict 8 hour cancellation policy in effect and you will be charged $10 for any late cancels (class pass returned to your account) and $15 for no shows (pass will not be returned for no shows).
Late arrivals past 3 minutes after class starts will not be allowed into class for safety and distraction reasons. We will give you your pass back and waive the cancellation fee but you must show up in studio for this rule to apply.
